When we’ve spent most of our lives in a certain community, it’s easy to take for granted the way things work. At your next city council or volunteer committee meeting, take a second to ask yourself where or how this information is made available around town. Or if someone asks you directly for some help, it may be because they’re not sure where the “obvious” answer can be found.
